Hello everyone, and welcome to your GR News for the week of February 19, 2025. Today, we’re focusing on the completion of the Board of Directors elections across all groups and the importance of organizing a replacement in case of absence. The Board of Directors elections should now be completed in all GR groups.
A huge thank you to everyone who took the time to participate in the process and accept key roles. Your commitment is essential to the growth and success of our network! If your group has not yet finalized its elections, it is urgent to complete the process as soon as possible. A well-structured board ensures efficient operations, strong decision-making, and productive networking for all members. If it’s not done yet, we strongly encourage you to wrap it up quickly!
With vacations coming up for some, it’s crucial to plan ahead for your absence. Remember, your presence at meetings is essential, but if you must be away, make sure to find one or more replacements from other GR groups. A good replacement ensures the continuity of your visibility and maintains the strength of your network. So, plan ahead and reach out to other members to represent you!
